The Elk Rapids Garden Club (ERGC) has over 100 volunteers that cultivate a legacy of community gardens. It provides garden club members with educational opportunities in all aspects of gardening and floral design. ERGC aids in the protection and conservation of natural resources, promotes civic beautification and encourages the improvement of roadsides and parks. The members of the garden club practice what they have learned by maintaining and cultivating numerous heritage Village gardens.
